Monthly Meditation every Full Moon

Sunday 29th July 6:00-7:00pm 🌕

Each month you are welcomed into the peaceful studio space, where we will explore guided meditation, gentle yoga, pranayama, crystal bowls and different plant allies/herbal teas.

The intention for this group is purely to create a rhythm/ritual for s p a c e each month. Space for reflection, unwinding, stillness.

Please bring anything you need to feel comfortable (a blanket, cushion, and extra layers).

If you would like herbal tea, please bring your own cup.

No experience is necessary, please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Bishopswood’s first ecstatic dance! How exciting! When Lorna asked me if I’d be up for joining her in hosting this event, obviously I said yes!

Ecstatic dance is a freeform style of dance, where you’re invited to let go of judgements and stories and instead allow yourself to feel how to body wants to move. There’s no right or wrong way.

Sarah will start with gentle movement and meditation, and then we’ll ease our way into a dance journey with Lorna, closing the space with a wind down and savasanah.

You’re welcome to sit/rest/take a break at any time.

Wear something comfy and light! Bring water, a journal and a few warmer layers for savasanah.
