I love the seasons, the moon, the sky, the clouds, the colours of the mud, the details of a flower, I love making things with my hands, I love learning about the human body, dreams, just the absolute perfection of everything. How is this real? 

This sense of wonder is always guiding me. Yoga, Photography, Spinal Energetics… it all comes back to exploring and celebrating the wild experience of being a human being spinning around on this crazy earth.
